Privacy Notice
RunBilly is a product of Teelworks. This notice covers the RunBilly website (runbilly.com) and the early access list. The RunBilly app isn't open to the public yet, and it will get its own full privacy policy before it is.
What we collect
When you request early access, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your name and email address (required)
- Your company, phone number, trade and team size (optional)
- Anything you write in the note about what RunBilly should take off your plate (optional)
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider also keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the site running and secure. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. The site loads its typeface from Fontshare, which can see your IP address when the page loads.
Why we collect it
We use your information for one thing: to contact you about RunBilly early access. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their marketing.
Who handles it for us
A few service providers help run the site. They process your information only to provide their service to us.
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Supabase (database)
- Resend (email delivery, including the email that tells us you asked for early access)
- Fontshare (typeface)
Your information is stored on servers located in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your early access request until RunBilly launches or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time. Email hello@teelworks.com and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top.
